Philosophy of Facebook
Been hitting the books during the break and it turns out that there are a slew of new books published very recently that deal directly with many of my questions: is Facebook addiction a problem among a wide number of users, are there generational patterns of Facebook use, is Facebook becoming increasingly essential as a mode of communication, in what ways is Facebook changing our understanding of friendship, etc.
While it's frustrating to see that many people have written and researched the very topics I was hoping to be breaking open, all of this reading and research is helping me formulate new ideas.
